One thing they are going to ask you is how you use your gifts to benefit others. You should be doing this someway whether it is volunteering to work or by simply giving some time to the nursing home. You do not even have to be really practicing your medical skills. It could be working at a food bank. They want to see you active in helping others.

The next thing they want to know is what are you into? What are your achievements beyond academics? Do you play an instrument? Do you adopt pets? There are a number of things that you should do to sway them into thinking that you make time for the little things. That you are one who can take a break and truly enjoy something.

You want this to sound as personal as you can make it. Besides your gpa they are going to be looking at a whole bunch of other things. YOu need to be ready to amuse them and have them fall in love with you as it is hard getting in. When you do this, you up your chances. Then you will be sure to have it.

There is one more thing that you need to include. This shows them where you are going. You need to explain your plan to them. Where do you see yourself after you graduate? Where, when, working with who in what field. All of this should be answered because it says you are going somewhere one way or another.

When you do this, you can go far. They see the drive in you. They want to welcome you in as you will show a nation that you graduated from there and you will make them proud. Whatever they hand you, you will be ready for. It is all about selling yourself to people who have been there and done that.
